The Why Behind
Carroll Sales Consulting

Over the course of my career, I’ve been involved in sales from almost every angle. I started on the phones cold calling, was in the trenches as an AE closing enterprise deals and have built and led sales teams that crushed their goals. And after over a decade a couple of things became very clear.

Firstly, most companies lack a clear, actionable and unified sales playbook that guides the sales team (from AEs to leaders) on how exactly how to approach every aspects of building pipeline and closing revenue. Secondly, a majority of high growth SaaS companies lack the resources and bandwidth to deliver quality, consistent and impactful training for sellers and managers. 

I know there’s a better way to energize salespeople, transform the way companies sell and deliver consistent, repeatable results ie. revenue growth.

Established the Australia & New Zealand sales team from scratch for Outbrain. $0 revenue to 8 figure annual revenue within 4 years. 

Rebuilt the Enterprise sales process at Recurly, leading to 4x YOY growth and company being acquired

Grew West region to become the highest revenue generating region globally at Fullstory

I've managed over 50 Account Executives and more than a dozen Sales Managers. Many became top performers and president club winners.
