After more than a decade of experience building and scaling highly successful SaaS sales teams, Adam Carroll turned his focus to sales training, coaching, and consulting.
As founder of Carroll Sales Consulting, he teaches hard-won techniques learned and refined over years of closing complex, competitive software deals himself as well as managing others doing the same.
Adam has learned in the trenches what works and what doesn’t, and he’s sat through far too many boring, unhelpful sales trainings to ever be able to justify wasting a sales team’s time in such a way. This is why his unique EARN method focuses on instilling practical skills that can be applied right away for immediate results.
